Holiday lights head out on the water for this long-running Panama City tradition, with boats decked out in Christmas lights and decorations along St. Andrews Bay. Watch from the shore, the marina, or nearby waterfront bars and restaurants. Captains can also compete for a best-decorated boat prize voted on by the public, and Holiday Village brings vendors, music, and a visit from Santa.
